Editorial Independence & Double-Blind Peer Review
The Journal maintains strict academic integrity, objectivity, and editorial independence. All published research must be backed by transparent methodologies and factual accuracy.
- Double-Blind Peer Review: Every manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent subject-matter experts prior to acceptance.
- Advisory Nature: All published analyses and recommendations are strictly academic and advisory in nature and are not binding upon any regulatory or judicial authority.
Categories of Submission & Formatting Rules
Technical Requirements
- Submitted via editable electronic format (.doc/.docx), double-spaced in Times New Roman, 12-point font.
- Uniform legal citation format (Bluebook 21st Edition or ILI standard).
- Abstract limited to 250 words accompanied by 5 to 8 keywords.
- Author identification must be excluded from the manuscript body to preserve double-blind review criteria.
Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement
Plagiarism, data fabrication, and dual or duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited. Authors must submit a signed declaration of originality with every manuscript. Any ethical breach results in immediate retraction or rejection.
Journal Processing & Publication Fee Structure
To support open-access digital infrastructure, DOI assignment, archiving, and editorial peer review workflow, the standard publication processing fee is scaled as follows:
